Originally born in Charlotte and raised in El Salvador until the age of seven, Alicia brings a rich cultural perspective and is fluent in both English and Spanish—making her an invaluable resource for bilingual clients.

With over nine years of experience in sales and management, including leading roles at a restaurant and three of Charlotte’s top banquet halls, Alicia has honed her skills in negotiation, customer service, and client satisfaction. Her natural patience, genuine care for others, and unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their dreams set her apart in the competitive world of real estate.
