We accepted an offer and were immediately on the clock to find a new home. Due to the crazy market, it took us four offers to finally get the home that we wanted. The crazy part, the very last home we put an offer on, was the home my family needed and fell in love with instantly. Our offer was accepted The journey was exciting and frustrating at times, but having Tijuana and Prime 1 Realty on your team made things much more reassuring. Tijuana is a very busy woman. I expected that from her reviews. But once you begin working with her, it feels like you’re her only client just by her responsiveness and attentiveness to your needs. When my family finally moved into our forever home, my 5-year-old son kept asking where Tijuana was and why she didn’t move in with us.
My review is late but as they say better late than never. My husband and I would like to thank Tijuana Evans of Prime 1 Realty for being a Rockstar Realtor. After months of searching for a realtor after using a few we came across one of the best in NC! Tijuana listened to our wants and needs and after being her clients for less than 3 months, we were on our way to building our brand new home. Being in NY we put all our trust in Tijuana. She was our ears and eyes as well as our voice. She made sure everything was going to plan, she sent us pictures and videos of the progress and answered every question we had. Tijuana, we couldn’t have done it without you and we couldn’t have had a better realtor.

She gave critical advice that guided our decision-making steps. Even once under contract, she helped us confirm that we were headed in the right direction by still showing us options. Mrs. Evans and her team are the Best in Charlotte. Everyone knows that purchasing a home can be an overwhelming process, especially in today's market. We'll mine had more than the usual wall blocks. However, as each wall popped up Mrs. Evans either found a way to climb over it or break through it. She is amazing!
